How will i receive my order?

All orders are dispatched via our trusted courier partners. 

Do you have cash on delivery?

No we do not have Cash on Delivery facilities. Due to contactless delivery we have stopped the same.

In how many days will i receive my order?

As per government guidelines we are only delivering to GREEN and ORANGE zones. RED zone can place their orders, the orders will be dispatched as per government guidelines.
All within India are delivered within 8-10 working days. Please note shipping duration may vary incase bad weather, public holidays, etc. Sunday’s are not counted as working days in our calendar.

What if my payment fails?

In case of a payment failure, please retry keeping in mind the following:

  • Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, and password (for net banking); and that your internet connection is not disrupted in the process.
  • If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 10 business days. For any further clarification, you can email us at stores@overonone.com

Can i make any modification to my order?

Once orders are placed no modifications will be allowed.

I want a refund for my order.

Please note we only provide refunds for orders which are damaged, in any possible way. Please note any damage shall be brought to our notice within 24 hours of receiving the package, failing to which Over On One will not entertain any refund claims.

Are there any shipping charges?

Yes, all orders are charged shipping on the bases of their delivery locations.

Any two products can be shipped together in one shipment. Except diaries, they are shipped separately. 

What if i am not at home when my order arrives?

The delivery agent will make 3 attempts before he/she puts a RTO on your package. Incase your package is RTOed, you must write to us at stores@overonone.com along with your order id in order to reship your package. Please note we levy same shipping fee for such cases.

How secure is shopping in online store? is my data protected?

All Credit Card, Debit Card, and Net Banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection. Rest assured, your money is safe.

What if my order comes damage?

We try our level best to deliver your packages to you in the best manner, but incase of any damages, please write to us at stores@overonone.com within 24 hours of receiving the package along with the opening video of the parcel and photo of the damaged goods in order to verify the same, please mention your order number as well.  Any claims made after 24 hours of receiving the package will not be entertained.
